Transplant assessment triage encoder

Tool for generating encoded text for the transplant assessment triage. The text should be pasted into SERPR clinical history.

Update: 27/5/2025. This tool is under active development and subject to sudden changes including breaking changes.

Update: 28/5/2025. All likely complex scenarios, e.g. anaesthetic review, now grouped together and are revealed if Complex Assessment is set to "Yes". Changing Complex Assessment back to "No" sets all the complex criteria to No.
